Mary Ann Tracy (Erickson)

Are you guys ever old. Ha! Father Altman did end up at STM, long after Aquinas and not in our time.  Sorry to hear about the school being torn down. Lot's of memories there.  Mary I don't know about the incident that Nancy is talking about, but I do remember skipping church and spending the time at your house. :-)  Say hi to 88 year old Jean for me.  Nancy, that was a cool TV reporton your Mom and the group of ladies she golfs with. I hope you got to see it.

O.K. What the heck did Mary Ann do? I'm on the edge of my seat here.

I do not recall Fr Altman ever at STM.  My nieces went there and so I kept up for most of the time.  When was this?

Forget about Fr. Altman. What Did Mary do???

I'm with Ron....what did you do Mary Ann?  By the way, Father O'Connell was principal at Aquinas all 4 years that we were there.  Father Altman was a teacher during our time and eventually became the principal after we graduated.  When we went to STM the Pastor was Father Mullens, & the assistances were Father Malin & Father McKenna.  If Father Altman was ever assigned to STM it had to be yearsssss after we were gone.

Nancy, did Father O' Connell catch me? We better make this good now that we got everyone's mind thinking the worst.

I didn't go in that direction Mary. I didn't think the "The worst" of you. I figured the Mary I remember did  something so incredibly funny that those who were there would still remember it decades later

You know; one of those kind of laughs that used to catch us off guard in the cafeteria and cause someone to blow milk out their nose and make everyone laugh even harder. That's what I figure you did Mary. You caused a classic cafeteria nose-milk laugh.

Anyway....Hi everybody.

They call me Lt. Dan now, but to all of you I will always be

Forever yours,

"Zulu."

Does this incident that Mary Ann did the last day of school our senior year have anything to do with a DARE?devil  I know she would never backdown if that was the case.

This is quite humorous reading the banter back and forth. I think I know but will not say without confiding with Mary first.

Looking forward to next year. If anyone ever makes it down to Chicago way let me know.

Bill

Good Morning to all,

This Message Forum makes me laugh out loud every time I open it. I really don't know what Nancy is talking about, but I do  know I enjoyed my 4 years at Aquinas.

Bill, thanks for thinking of me before you post anything on the bathroom wall! Call or Email me at mary@scedispatch.com or  651-246-7792.

Nancy, you should also get a hold of me. I had a lot of fun and can't imagine why I couldn't share any of it with all who read this.

MaryAnn, don't tell Mom if it is really bad!!!

STAY TUNED, We will try to make it worth reading.

Well Mary Ann,  I hope that this story / stroll done memory lane is a good one.  It's been about 14 days since Nancy started this conversation and it sounds like we're all waiting with "baited breath".  I will say it has been fun trying to figure out what you did and I hope that waiting for the conclusion turns out to be worth it..

Bill why don't you give us a clue.  .

Somebody please tell us!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This has been fun.  Maybe we need to bring up more "memories".

Who got the most " 2 thou" from Nockels? and for what?

I am perfectly willing to start a rumor if we don't get some info.

tI cannot believe you guys don't know. Kootch was there Nancy Wiegle was there. In fact, Nancy almost did the same dare but backed out at the last second. Mary and I did it together.. It was a popular thing to do in the early 70's.

The 2000 word essay is easy. It had to be Madonna Banasck (sp), she sat right in front of me.

Bill I don't believe that Mary would ever do that....maybe you would but not Mary.

Do what ?

Do what was popular in the 70's.

Since this can be construed as something negative it was nothing to write home about. I believe it  involved a cigarette and walking down the hallway. That's it.

John Petruccelli

So, was the cigarette lit, unlit but in your mouth, tucked behind your ear or stuck in some other orifice of your body?

As far as the 2000 word penalty goes, I only had to hand in one to Jack.  I will say that it was the longest night of homework that I ever had.

Ok everyone give a big shout out to Mary & wish her a happy BD today!  Also I was a member of the 2000 club as well.  Only did that once.

Happy Birthday Mary. Now spill the beans. Ron

Happy birthday Mary Ann.  Was this all a ploy to keep us on the message forum until your birthday came along and we would all be able to wish you a happy birthday?

10/08/15 05:20 PM #59

Mary Ann Sauer (Paul)
