I still remember. I was working at "Quillin's Skelly Service," down on 3rd. & Pearl. Kootch and the guys stopped in to tell me about Jim's accident. I was stunned. Jim and I were very close friends, one of those lifelong friendships that ended way too soon. Jim was one of the goofiest, funniest, most sincere and honest persons I have ever known. Gosh I miss him. I still think about him quite often. Till we meet again Buddy!
